This is an excellent shot of La Guancha Marina and broad-walk in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The Original shot was taken by Jose Oquendo from the nearby town of Adjuntas PR. jose Morales a native of Ponce added an HDR like effect using Photoshop to increase some details and give it a look a bit different to the original.
